  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscribed services until the current cycle ends.

  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial use of our services within a billing period.



2. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly plans once a payment has been processed. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

  • Custom Plans or Enterprise Solutions: Refunds for custom or enterprise contracts are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement.



3. Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, no charges will be made until the trial period ends. After the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
